Be mindful of the WEFTEC In Conjunction With (ICW) meeting and event policies when requesting space:

  1. Functions will not be scheduled in direct conflict with WEFTEC core program hours. Exceptions may be made to accommodate one-time training meetings for exhibiting companies’ personnel or manufacturers’ representatives.
    • Saturday, September 27 | No restrictions
    • Sunday, September 28 | No restrictions
    • Monday, September 29 | restricted 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Tuesday, September 30 | restricted 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Wednesday, October 1 | restricted 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
  2. Product displays are prohibited outside of the official exhibit halls at the convention center, as noted in the Exhibitor License Agreement.
