National School Boards Association 2024 Annual Conference – Call For Proposals

The NSBA Annual Call for Proposal site is now open for submission through Friday, July 7 at 11:59 PM EST. NSBA will only consider proposals submitted through the online process.

Organizations are limited to three (3) proposals – NOT three per employee of the organization.

PLEASE NOTE: This submission process is provided for those individuals representing state school boards associations and local school districts. Business and industry representatives interested in conducting educational sessions should be aware that fees will apply.

• NSBA requires that all presenters/organizations from districts in member states of NSBA represented at our conference are in good standing with their respective state school boards association.
• Submissions from presenters/organizations in non-member states of NSBA will be accepted.
• All presenters/co-presenters and their respective affiliated organization(s) will be submitted to NSBA’s member state associations for review upon selection to present and as presenter information is updated. NSBA reserves the right to rescind the opportunity to present should that standing change.
• All presenters must be registered for the conference in order to present. There a no complimentary or discounted registrations for presenters.

A Special note for Non-District/Corporate/Industry Entity Proposals

• This process is not open to proposals from corporate / industry entities; however, education sessions are available for conference sponsors. For more information, contact Paul Taylor at ptaylor@nsba.org.
• Proposals from any non-district entities intending to feature school district representatives MUST include presenter, district and state information at point of submission. Co-presenters from a school district will be presented to their respective state school board associations to confirm member status.
